On March 13, 2017, the general manager of our company, Xue Shishan, visited Taiwan to participate in the activities of "a tour of innovation for the purpose of a project of Cultural Tourism benchmark of Taiwan" hosted by the ministry of culture and industry of Taiwan.

Throughout Taiwan tour real estate project development, for the historical and cultural inheritance, activation of idle assets, creating city image, promote transformation and upgrading of industry, cultivate innovation atmosphere, played an important role in such aspects as advocating lifestyle. This visit has played an active role in the development of our company's industrial transformation, membrane structure and tourism.

General manager of Mr. Xue visited nearly 20 classic projects of tourism real estate in the field and obtained the authentic experience. Participated in the training of thematic courses, and I have learned a lot from the in-depth exchange and cultural experience of the field. This activity includes the development mode of various types of tourism real estate, how to locate, plan and operate the tourism real estate, and it has played an active role in learning and learning more deeply.

The general manager of Mr.Xue said only understood the human geography, policy measures, research and development, production of product and consumer market characteristics of the whole value chain, we can adjust measures to local conditions in their local project to create the most suitable for localization of tour real estate projects.
